Night before and exam morning — what actually matters
Tonight is not for learning. It's for consolidating. Skim formulas, recall strong chapters, close the books by 9 PM.
Sleep 7-8 hours. I know it feels counterproductive but tired brains genuinely miss things they know.
Eat before leaving home. A hungry stomach at 2 PM in an exam hall is a real distraction.
Pack your folder tonight — admit card (printed, colour), ID, photos. Don't do this in the morning rush.
If you feel anxious on the way: that's normal. Take 3 slow breaths before you sit down. Anxiety and readiness can coexist.
Biology first if it's your strongest subject — it's 360 marks and usually the most prepared section. Bank those marks early.
